Vision
To build a smarter, more connected future, where technology quietly takes on the repetitive work and gives people and businesses their time back.
Caiva is the commercial robotics arm of Doodle Tech Pvt Ltd, founded in Ahmedabad in 2022. We survey your site, supply the machines, integrate them with your building, train your team and service the fleet — for hotels, hospitals, malls, airports and factories across India, the United States and the UAE.
A commercial robot only earns its place if it can move through the building it was bought for. A delivery robot that cannot call a lift or badge through a fire door does not deliver anything, and the machine is rarely what went wrong — the integration around it was left to the buyer.
Caiva takes that work into scope. We survey before anything is quoted, specify against your real floor plan and duty cycle, deliver the lift, door, access-control and network integration ourselves, certify the staff who share the floor with the fleet, and hold the service contract for as long as the machines are yours.
Eleven robot families across seven sectors and three countries — under one contract, with one number to call.

Every machine is specified for the duty cycle a hotel corridor or a factory floor will actually put it through, and for the shared spaces it has to work in.
Survey, supply, integration, training and service sit with one team, so a fault has one owner instead of three parties disputing it.
India from the Ahmedabad office, the United States for facilities operators, and the UAE for hospitality and mixed-use developments.

To build a smarter, more connected future, where technology quietly takes on the repetitive work and gives people and businesses their time back.

To transform advanced technology into solutions that are simple to use, reliable in daily operation and accessible to every business that runs on them.
Service and delivery, reception, commercial cleaning, pool, lawn and garden, AMRs, solar array cleaning, patrol, humanoids, collaborative arms and turnkey robotic cafes. Plus custom builds when nothing off the shelf fits the job.

Four rules every machine and every contract is specified against.
Duty cycle is the specification. A machine that works on demo day and not on a wet Saturday has solved nothing.
One brand, one contract, one number. Nobody on your side arbitrates between a vendor and an integrator.
Spares, firmware and preventive visits are planned at the quote stage, not improvised the first time something fails.
Your staff finish training able to start a run, clear a fault and change a consumable without calling anyone.
Head office in Ahmedabad, with survey, deployment and service teams working nationwide across India and commercial deployments in the United States and the Gulf.
Head office in Ahmedabad. Nationwide survey, deployment and service.
Commercial cleaning and service robotics for facilities operators.
Hospitality, malls and mixed-use developments across the Gulf.
If yours is not here, ask it directly. Every enquiry is answered by someone who has walked a site.
Eleven families of commercial robots — service and delivery, reception and greeting, commercial floor cleaning, pool cleaning, lawn and garden, AMRs, solar array cleaning, surveillance and patrol, humanoids, collaborative arms and turnkey robotic cafes — plus a line of operator-driven cleaning machines, the walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers and sweepers your own staff drive. Everything is sold with the site survey, integration, staff training and service contract attached, not as hardware on its own.
Hotels and resorts, restaurants and cafes, retail and malls, corporate campuses, airports and transit, hospitals and care facilities, and factories and warehouses. Those seven sectors cover the sites where floor area, footfall and shift patterns make a robot pay for itself.
Three: India, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. The head office is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and survey, deployment and service teams work nationwide across India, with commercial deployments in the US and the Gulf.
It depends on the size of the site and how much integration is needed, which is exactly what the survey establishes. A single-floor cleaning or delivery deployment is typically live within weeks of the order; multi-floor sites that need lift and access-control integration take longer. You get the timeline in writing with the quote, before you commit.
Yes. Every machine we deploy is rated for shared space: it slows for a crowded aisle, waits its turn at the lift, routes around a spill and stops for anyone who steps in front of it. That is the requirement we specify against, because a robot that only works in an empty building does not solve anything.
You call one number. Caiva holds the service contract, the spares and the firmware, so there is no argument between a hardware vendor, an integrator and a facilities contractor about whose fault it is. Preventive visits are scheduled, and fault response is covered by the SLA agreed at the quote stage.
Yes, and it is part of the standard scope rather than an extra. Lifts, fire doors, access control and wifi coverage are surveyed up front and brought into the floor map, because a delivery robot that cannot call a lift is the single most common reason a deployment quietly gets switched off.
Yes. When nothing off the shelf fits the job, we design the chassis and write the behaviour for it. Custom builds go through the same survey, integration, training and service process as anything from the standard fleet.

Whether you are scoping a single floor or a whole estate, the first step is the same: we walk it with you, measure what is actually there, and quote against that.
